If you have paid a sanction but a player still remains unavailable, we would first recommend checking the sanctions tab of their profile, to see if there are any other sanctions outstanding.
It might be possible that they have a sanction from an old club, that has not been paid/transferred across. In this scenario, please contact us and we will advise accordingly.
If you cannot see any, please contact us via ticket and we will look to advise further.
