Why can't I update a players details

If when you press EDIT, fields are greyed out, you will need to contact the FAW to get these updated. 

A common example of this, might be with a players ethnicity. If a player has not played in a number of years, this field might be blank. As it is a mandatory field, the FAW will need to update this for you. 

For any details you are unable to update, please raise a ticket and include which fields need updating, along with the new details. The FAW will then action this for you, to allow you to proceed. 

The reason why you cannot update these yourselves, was a joint decision across the area associations to block off this section, to prevent clubs from changing details such as DOB, to allow them to play ineligible players in competitions.
