I'm locked out of my COMET account, What do I do?

If you are using the COMET Web Version, please follow the step below:

  1. Click on the 'forgot password' section
  2. Input your username/email
  3. You will then receive an email from an address called Analyticom SSO. Please be sure to check your junk if you cannot see this. 
  4. Click on the link to reset your password

If you are still experiencing issues, please raise a ticket and we will look to advise.
