How to affiliate to the FAW or relevant Area Association?

The following guide explains how to purchase the relevant affiliation fee on COMET. 

If you are a club playing in any of the following leagues, you will need to affiliate to the FAW. 

• Cymru Premier
• Adran Premier
• Cymru North
• Cymru South
• Ardal North 
• Ardal South
• Adran North
• Adran South

If you are a club playing in any other competition, you will need to affiliate to the relevant area association.

If you have senior teams in the leagues listed above, but also have teams in competition at area association level, you will need to purchase affiliation to both FAW and the relevant area association.  

Accessing MyCOMET and Finding the Product. 

Once logged into Comet, you need to click on your name in the top right corner of Comet and then click the MyComet button highlighted in the drop down menu, this will then transfer you to the MyComet finance section.

What to do once you are on MyCOMET

1. Click on Store

From here, you can find the relevant product, and select 'add to cart'

2. Complete survey and agree to rules and regulations

You will be asked a series of short questions regarding rules, regulations and club accreditation. Complete these and by selecting the relevant answers.  

3. Add product to cart and checkout

Once you clicked 'Add to cart' in the top right corner, your Shopping Trolley Icon would now have a 1 in this and you would click on the icon to bring up the cart summary as shown above. Simply click the Checkout button. 

4. Place order

Once you have clicked checkout, you will be directed to the order summary page above.

If ready to purchase the affiliation product, select the 'Pay online now' in the Choose payment option box and then click Place order.

This will redirect you to PayPal where you can then log into your PayPal account to complete the purchase, or input card details to complete the purchase.
