How to generate a new Registration Form

The following guide explains how to generate a new Registration Form on Comet. 

1. Find the Player's Profile 

Once the player's profile has been opened, scroll down to the active registration of the player.

2. Click on Options

At the bottom of the registration form, click on the options button which will bring up a drop-down menu. 

3. Generate Registration Form

Once this drop-down menu is shown, click on generate registration form. This registration form will then be downloaded onto your device. 

4. The Registration Form

Once downloaded, your registration form will look like the one screenshotted below. 

This can then be sent onto the player, coach or staff member at the club. Then it will have to be signed, dated and include the person's full name, in order to be processed by the FAW.
