Why do I show as N/A on the Cymru Football App?

If a player/coach is showing as N/A on the Cymru Football App, this will be down to their privacy settings. All junior players by default will be down as N/A. This also applies for any adult player/coach created new on the system. 

Club COMET users have the ability to update this on behalf of a player/coach.

How to change privacy settings on COMET. 

1. Find the individuals COMET Profile

This can often be done through MyClub and looking at the relevant section. 

2. Click the EDIT button

Press onto the Additional Info tab first, and then the EDIT button on the bottom part of the page underneath the privacy settings. 

3. Choose correct privacy setting and save

The options for settings are below:

Choose - (person's name, club, age and photo all appear on the Cymru Football App)

Hide Photo- (person's name, club, age all appear on the Cymru Football App. Photo will be hidden)

Hide Age- (person's name, club and photo all appear on the Cymru Football App. Age will be hidden)

Hide Profile - (they cannot be searched for on the Cymru Football App. However their name will still appear in team sheets)

Hide All - (they cannot be searched for on the Cymru Football App. They will show as N/A on a team sheet)
