If a player/coach is showing as N/A on the Cymru Football App, this will be down to their privacy settings. All junior players by default will be down as N/A. This also applies for any adult player/coach created new on the system.
Club COMET users have the ability to update this on behalf of a player/coach.

Alternatively, please raise a help ticket and we will also be able to amend where necessary.
Please note, for a player U16, parental permission is required for this request. If you are a parent, please raise a ticket with the details of your child, and we will be able to action this for you.
