How to register a new club official

This guide will show you how to create and register a new club official. This includes roles such as Secretary, Treasurer, Accreditation Officer, etc.. 


How to register a new official 


1. From the Home page, click "Clubs".




2. Click "New Official"



3. Fill in all the personal details in red.



4. Click "choose Image" and select a file from your documents.



5. Click on "Contacts"



6. Fill in the all address fields in red.




7. Back on the "Active Registrations" tab, click on and fill the name of your organisation.



8. Click on and select the "Registration Type"



9. Click on "Documents"



10. Click on the "+"



11. Click on "choose" and select a file from your documents



12. Click "Save"



As the official role does not need FAW approval, you should be able to save this as confirmed once a registration form has been uploaded.
