The following guide explains how to create a referee registration, and then a user account for them through MyCOMET.
1. Click 'Organisations'

2. Click 'Associations'

3. Search for the Area Association the ref belongs to

4. Click 'Match Roles'

5. Click 'New Registration'

6. If the person already has a COMET profile, find them through name and DOB. If not, create new person

7. Fill in all the required person details.
8. Click 'Approve later'

9. Locate the ref under 'Match Roles' in the organisation

10. Change status from Entered to Approved

11. Click the 'Person' tab

12. Click 'Add User' and fill out details
