The following guide shows how to enter a competition on COMET.
Go to MyCOMET
This can be access by pressing your name in the top right corner of COMET, and finding it from the dropdown list.
It can also be accessed via comet.faw.cymru/mycomet
Find Competitions and press 'JOIN'
Now you are on MyCOMET, you should find the 'Competitions' section on the left. Click on this.
This should bring up 3 options.
- Active
- Inactive
- Join
Active should show all of the competitions your team/club has currently entered
Inactive should show all of the historically entered competitions
Join should show the list of any available competitions to enter.
The list should show all of the available competitions. You can either use the search bar to find the correct one, or scroll down the list.
Once you have found the correct competition, you can click on it.
Find the relevant team
The next step should bring up a list of active teams within your club. You can search for the relevant team, and click on them to move to the next step.
If a team does not show on the list, it means that they either haven't been created in your MyClub page, or they are inactive. If they do not show, you will need to go back into normal COMET to check.
Add Item to Cart and agree to Rules/Regulations
You should now be able to add the product to your cart, which will allow you to checkout.
It might ask you to agree to the competitions rules and regulations, if so, select your answer and it should allow you to proceed.
Finding your Cart and going to checkout
The product should now appear in your cart.
You can click on your cart, and checkout from here. You can either do this one product at a time, or if you are purchasing multiple products, we would recommend doing them in bulk to save yourself time.
Cart Summary and Checkout
You should be able to see the cart summary and follow the checkout as normal.
