How to complete a match survey on COMET

The following guide explains how access and complete Match Surveys on the COMET Football App. Please note, this is not currently available in all competitions, so you would need to check with your relevant league organiser.

Accessing the Survey

This can be found on each individual fixture.

1. Log into COMET FOOTBALL and find the relevant match

2. Click on Forms

Accessing the form

1. Click on the relevant survey.

PLEASE NOTE - although you may be able to see all 3 surveys, you will only be able to access the one relevant to you.

2. Press EDIT

Once you are on the form, you should see all of the questions to complete. In order to complete these, you will first need to press EDIT.

You will not be able to access the answers unless you have pressed EDIT first.

3. Answer the questions

Once you have pressed EDIT, you will be able to click into each question, and answer accordingly.

EG: The below screenshot shows the potential answers to the first question.

4. Confirming the survey

Once you have completed all of the questions, you will be able to confirm the survey by pressing Set To CONFIRMED.

The competition organiser will then be able to see these answers.
