Adding and Correcting Match Events - web version

The following guide explains how to add match and amend match events such as goals, bookings etc - through the COMET website.

Adding a match event

First, you'll need to find the match which needs updating. This is probably easiest through the 'My Competitions' tab and then going into the relevant competition.

Click on the team tab for the player who you wish to add a match event too.

Click on the player for who you wish to add a match event too.

Click the + symbol next to Events.

Click on event type and select from the options of match events. These include goals, yellow cards, etc.

In the minute section, you can type the minute of the match event. Once entered, click the Save button to confirm the match event.

Amending a match event

To edit a match event, such as changing the minute of the event, or the reason for the booking, first click on the player with the match event. You will see the match event at the bottom - click the pencil icon to edit it.

You can now change the match event itself, or the time in which it was added. As before, click Save once you are done.
