How to generate/send a registration form on MyCOMET

The following guide explains how to generate/send a registration form on MyCOMET. This is useful as forms no longer send automatically. It can be done as part of the new registration process, but if you forget or need a new form, it can be done this way.

Generating/Sending a Registration form on MyCOMET

1. Click 'MyClub' then 'Players'

From here, you can select the relevant player

2. Click 'Form'

3. Click to either send or generate a form

Sending the form, will send it via email to the email listed on the profile.

Generating the form, will download it to your device.
