Checking and updating Additional Information
Once you have entered a registration, you will be able to update the additional info on the profile. In this case, the requirement for the role is the FAW Safeguarding Award and Enhanced DBS Check.
Clubs will be responsible for uploading the Safeguarding Award, whereas the FAW will upload any completed DBS Checks onto an individuals profile.
1. Press 'Additional Info' then '+ Safeguarding and Licenses'
2. Select License Type and update dates
3. Add Supporting Document
You will also be asked to upload a supporting document. This should be a copy of the individuals Safeguarding Award.
To do this, you will first need to press 'choose'
You should then select the relevant file from your device. Once you have done this, you can press 'save'.
Submitting the registration
Once you have entered the registration and ensured that the additional info has been updated, you should now submit the registration by uploading a signed registration form. Once submitted, the FAW will review the application.
Please note, if there is no DBS on the profile, it will not be confirmed. Please ensure that a valid DBS Check is completed, or in progress when submitting the COMET Registration.
